Who is Jungle Jim

Hello, I’m Jim Wells, AKA Jungle Jim. I am currently the operations manager and on-air host for KCBC Radio – AM 770 serving all of Northern California. I’m also doing daily Voice Overs for stations in Los Angeles, San Diego, Denver, and Buffalo.

I’m mostly known for my previous work as a Radio Personality for Kat Country 103 (Modesto) – The Bull 105.9FM (Stockton) – B93.1FM (Modesto) – Sports Radio AM970 (Modesto)

I was born in Turlock, raised Ceres and have lived in the Central Valley my entire life. After attending Stanislaus State University (Turlock) on a trumpet scholarship, I discovered my love for using my voice to entertain, and the radio industry found me at 20 years old. I started full time in radio back in 1999 and it has been my full-time job ever since.

I’m a professional DJ and MC customizing in Weddings, Private parties, School Functions, Charity Events, Corporate Events, House parties, and Dances. I strive to exceed my client’s goals by delivering above and beyond for each and every project.
