We heard the rumor it was opening after years of being closed….but still nothing
HISTORY
- Closed in 2008 (It’s 60th Year)
- The lot, west of Highway 99 at Whitmore Avenue, has sat vacant for more than four years
- During that time a fire destroyed the former concession stand and projector room.

- The new owners are holding fundraisers around town.
- They have been holding fundraisers for three years?
- Car Washes and Classic Car Shows? (Doesn’t look good for the future success if don’t have money)
- In addition to the theater, the new partners will expand the days of operation for the flea market, which now runs from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.

The drive in returning will be great. It was a huge part of my teen years. It was one of my first jobs. I absolutely loved it!!!!
